COD (for Italy only)

All prices are published VAT not included and can change in every moment with no advise.

If the purchase is done by individual body that live in Italy or in a European Union Country, the price will be charged of 20% VAT.

If the purchase is done by a legal body living in a European Union Country, Italy excluded, this will be VAT-free (art. 40 D.L. 331/93).

If the purchase is done by whoever living outside all European Union Country, Italy included, this will be VAT-free (art. 8 a D.P.R. 633/72).

All the shipments come carried out with courier expressed at the following costs:
Inferior orders to the 250 euro enclosed VAT:
 - Italy with COD payment 15 euro + VAT
 - Italy with Credit card payment 11 euro + VAT
For the advanced orders to the 250 euro enclosed VAT comes carried out one shipment assured with the additional cost of 7 euro + VAT.

For shipments outside Italy the cost is 25 euro + VAT

Returned Products must be previously agreed and returned in their original box and package.

The amount of the Credits due to Returned products is based on the amount of the order.
In case of mistaken orders, products are not accepted if returned after the 8th day from the delivery of the goods.
For non-integral returned goods (e.g. broken/scratched product, User’s manual and accessories not returned, not allowed labels on products or on packages, broken box), the product will be returned to the costumer, or in case of credits for returned products, the credits will be cut by Limbiati Orologeria proportionally.

All goods are 24 mounth warrant covered from the date of purchase, against all faultiness even throughout Italian Selling Network of the trademark concerned. In case of prouved malfonctioning, warranty allows to repair or change the product. Damages due to incorrect use are not covered by warranty and we are not responsible for direct or indirect damages occurred for incorrect use. Then, we are not responsible for direct or indirect damages occurred to people or things due to the malfunctioning of the products. The accecptance of all terms is made fulfilling the order form.

According to law (675/96), all the data concerning your person are used for commercial intent only. We also inform you that you have the right to, in each moment, update, for correction or annulment of your data from our archive (art. 13 675/96). This could be done through letter, e-mail or fax to our society.
